A nappie bowl 5-5/8 inches across with two inches of wall, holding 12.5 ounces. A nappie is the round, straight-walled workhorse bowl of a commercial kitchen: soup, a side of beans, a scoop of ice cream, a half-portion of pasta, a bowl of cereal at breakfast. The wall is high enough to hold liquid and low enough to eat out of comfortably with a tablespoon.
