Yanco RE-1 Recovery Chinaware 3-3/8" x 2-3/4" Tall Cup 7 oz, American White — Case of 36 (3 dz)

A tall-profile cup holding 7 ounces, 3-3/8 inches across and 2-3/4 inches high, cut for coffee service where the pot comes round the room rather than cup by cup. The height keeps a full pour hotter for longer than a squat cup of the same volume, because less surface sits open to the air. A single looped handle clears a knuckle, and the wall thickness takes the thermal shock of a wash cycle followed by a hot pour.

Pair it with the 6-1/8 inch Recovery saucer, which carries a well sized to this foot. Diners ordering refills through a long breakfast shift get a cup that does not need a sleeve, and the straight sides make it quick to wipe down and quick to rack.
