Yanco PT-222 Pine Tree Melamine 12" x 9" Oval Platter 1-1/4" Deep, White and Green — Case of 12 (1 dz)

The PT-222 repeats the twelve by nine inch outline of the PT-212 but sinks a well an inch and a quarter deep into it, which is what anything with sauce, braising liquid or rendered juices needs.

Roast vegetables, saucy pasta and a braised bird all sit in it without a run onto the cloth. Depth also means a half-full dish still looks intentional at the end of a service. Twelve by nine is also the outline that lets two of these run side by side down a banquet table. This oval platter ships twelve to a case.
