Seven and a quarter inches across, the PT-107 salad plate carries a side salad, a dessert course, or a plated appetiser without standing in for the dinner round.

One inch above the PT-106 and close to two inches under the PT-109, it fills the gap that dining rooms need between bread and entree. The green band runs the full circumference, so courses plated across several Pine Tree sizes still line up on the table. Cases of forty-eight keep a garde manger station stocked through a banquet turn. The rim is wide enough to take a fork and a folded napkin alongside the food.
