Yanco PS-4 Piscataway Chinaware 3-3/4" Bouillon Cup 7 oz, Bone White — Case of 36 (3 dz)
Seven ounces in a three-and-three-quarter-inch round standing two and a half inches tall: the bouillon cup, a form made for clear soups and consommé taken by sipping as much as by spoon.
Because the opening is narrow relative to the depth, the exposed surface is small and the soup stays hot longer than it would in an open bowl. It also serves a hot drink that wants a wider mouth than a teacup, or a custard baked and chilled in the same vessel it is served from. Bone white chinaware, which takes a reheat and a wash cycle in turn.
