A 5" nappie bowl at 12 ounces, 2" deep. The nappie is the kitchen's general-purpose round side dish, the one that goes out with vegetables, a scoop of coleslaw, apple sauce, a portion of beans, or soup when the bowl needs to sit inside a larger underliner.

Twelve ounces in a five inch mouth gives a steeper wall than the fruit bowls below it, which is what keeps a wet side from sloshing over on a loaded tray. It is the smaller of two nappies in the pattern; the 5-1/2" carries 15 ounces in a deeper body. Both stack tightly, so a cold station can hold a column of them.
