Thirteen inches by 8-1/2", a full serving oval. Well past the ten-inch line and plainly a platter: a serving oval that goes to the centre of the table or down a buffet line rather than in front of one cover. A whole roast chicken carved and reassembled fits along its length with room at both ends.

The 1-1/4" wall is a touch deeper than the two smaller ovals, which helps when a carved joint releases juice. The footprint steps evenly from the two smaller ovals, so a kitchen can column all three sizes together. Use it for charcuterie, a sliced tart, or grilled vegetables laid in rows.
