Twelve inches, flat-faced, no rim: the PP-212 is the plate for a standard personal pizza that will be cut where it is served. Three-quarters of an inch of body gives it enough mass to come out of a warmer and hold heat under a crust, and the level surface means a cutter does not climb a curve halfway through the stroke.

It shares a diameter with the coupe PP-112 and differs in profile alone, so a kitchen can run flats on the pizza side and coupes on the appetizer side without changing size. Beyond pizza it works for anything that does not need a rim: a wrap with chips, a slab of cornbread, a cheese flight. Bright white chinaware, oven safe, a dozen to a carton.
