The fourteen-inch coupe pizza plate takes a full shareable pie. The rimless curve runs right to the edge and the plate is three-quarters of an inch deep overall, which gives a little more lift at the lip than the twelve-inch PP-112 and helps keep a sliding slice on the china while it is being served.

Fourteen inches covers a two-to-three person pizza, a round of wings, or a bread-and-dip board for a table. Because there is no rim, the usable face runs close to the full diameter, so a kitchen gets away with less china than a rimmed round of the same working area would need.
