Yanco BL-4032 Blue Star Chinaware 5-3/4" x 3" x 1-3/8" Double Sauce Dish 1.5 oz Each, Dark Blue — Case of 36 (3 dz)

Two wells in one dish, each taking an ounce and a half, so a cover gets soy in one and ponzu in the other without two separate dishes to wash, track and lose. Three inches front to back and under an inch and a half tall, it lies flat on a plate beside a roll or a tempura basket. The two wells are set along its length, so the dish reads as a single object on the plate rather than as a pair of small ones. Three dozen in the carton — fewer than the single-well dishes, because a divided form takes more room, but still enough to kit out a sushi line.
