Yanco BL-4031 Blue Star Chinaware 3-1/4" x 3" x 1-3/4" Square Sauce Dish 3.5 oz, Dark Blue — Case of 48 (4 dz)

Squared off at three and a quarter by three inches and standing a full inch and three-quarters tall, this one holds three and a half ounces — more than three times what the small rectangular dish takes. The height is the point: with that much wall it serves a dipping sauce you want to get a spring roll into, a side of pickles, or a very small dessert portion. Square corners sit tight against one another on a tray, so a line of them along a sushi pass wastes no space. It ships four dozen deep, matching the one-ounce dish, so a prep station can stock both on a single order line.
