Twelve and a quarter inches across with a 1-1/8 inch lip, this coupe plate is the serving round of its group. It takes a shared flatbread, a carved portion for two, or a tasting spread of four or five small items.

The extra quarter inch over the 12 inch PK-212 is slight, but the coupe has no rim shelf, so the plating field is noticeably more generous.

A dozen in the carton keeps a reasonable float of large rounds behind a pass without committing much shelf depth, and the shallow profile means a full stack stays manageable to lift.
