Yanco PA-404 Paris Chinaware 4" Bouillon Cup With Handle 10 oz, Bright White — Case of 36 (3 dz)

A four-inch bouillon cup holding ten ounces, with a handle on each side so a guest can lift it and drink the last of a broth without reaching for a spoon. That is what separates a bouillon piece from a soup bowl, and it is why consomme, broth and clear onion soup are served in one.

Ten ounces is the same volume this collection puts in its rim soup plate, so a kitchen can run one soup recipe into two presentations: the plate for a seated starter course, the handled cup for a counter, a bar or a buffet where a guest may be standing. It seats on the PA-002 saucer. Porcelain chinaware, dishwasher rated and safe inside a microwave.
