Yanco OR-4031 Orchis Melamine 5-3/4" x 2-3/4" Two Divided Sauce Dish 2 oz Each, Tan — Case of 72 (6 dz)

Two wells of two ounces each in a tray under six inches long, the OR-4031 is the compact divided option in Orchis. Where the triple server handles a full chutney selection, this one is sized for a dip and a wedge of lime, or for a sauce paired with a dry condiment.

Two ounces is the smallest portion quoted anywhere in the pattern, which is the point: it holds a taste rather than a serving. Seventy two to a box matches the other small condiment dishes. The low one inch profile means it sits flat beside a plate instead of towering over the food.
