Yanco OR-3703 Orchis Melamine 3" Sauce Dish Gold Orchis 3 oz, Tan — Case of 72 (6 dz)

Three inches across with an inch and a half of depth, the OR-3703 is the tall little dish in the Orchis condiment family. The proportion is unusual: narrow mouth, relatively deep well, which keeps a thin sauce from spreading into a wide shallow pool and cooling before anyone uses it.

Three ounces fits a single serving of chutney or a soy dip. Six dozen come in a box, the quantity a restaurant needs when every table takes two or three. Among the Orchis condiment dishes this one has the deepest well, so it also works for pickles in brine where a flatter dish would slop.
