Yanco OR-2416 Orchis Melamine 16" x 10-1/2" Rectangular (ripple), Tan — Case of 12 (1 dz)

Sixteen inches long and ten and a half wide, the OR-2416 is the full buffet rectangle in Orchis. The rippled edge keeps a long platter from looking severe, and at an inch and a quarter it has the deepest wall of the three rippled sizes, which matters when a chafing line is being replenished in a hurry.

A dozen fill a box because the pieces are large. The practical difference against a steel platter of the same length is weight: staff reset the line faster when the empty platter is light. Tan melamine with the orchid artwork keeps a buffet looking coordinated with the plates guests are already carrying.
