Yanco OR-2414 Orchis Melamine 13" x 9" Rectangular (ripple), Tan — Case of 36 (3 dz)

Thirteen by nine inches gives the ripple edge a platter sized field. Two inches longer and an inch deeper than the eleven inch version, the OR-2414 carries a whole grilled fish, a rack of kebabs, or a shared bread service without the food reaching the wave at the perimeter.

Its one inch rise is slightly more than the eleven inch ripple, which helps when something juicy is resting on it. This is the middle size of the three rippled rectangles and tends to be the one a venue orders first. Three dozen ship in a box, and the melamine body keeps a loaded platter liftable with one hand.
