Yanco OR-2404 Orchis Melamine 4" Square Sauce Dish Gold Orchis 3.5 oz, Tan — Case of 72 (6 dz)

A four inch square with a one inch wall, the OR-2404 holds three and a half ounces of chutney, raita, or dipping sauce and squares up neatly against the edge of a rectangular plate. The straight sides make it easier to line up in rows on a thali tray than a round dish of the same footprint.

It carries the same volume as the round OR-3001 but in a square outline, so a kitchen can pick whichever shape matches the plate it sits on without changing the portion. Six dozen to a box reflects how quickly small dishes disappear in a busy dining room. Melamine will not chip when they knock together in a bus tub.
