Yanco OR-1816 Orchis Melamine 16" Lotus Shape Platter, Tan — Case of 12 (1 dz)

Sixteen inches across, the OR-1816 is the largest item in the Orchis pattern by surface area and functions as a buffet platter rather than a plate. Its scalloped perimeter holds a mounded presentation at the center and keeps loose items from rolling off the edge during a long service.

One dozen fills a box, the lowest count in the pattern alongside the sixteen inch rectangular, simply because the pieces are bulky. A ceramic platter this wide is heavy enough to need two hands; the melamine version is not, which changes how often staff are willing to reset a buffet line.
