Two quarts is where the Olive square bowls stop being covers and start being servers. Seven and a half inches across and three and a half deep, the OL-4107 holds sixty-four ounces — enough salad, pasta or stewed vegetables for a table of four to help themselves from the middle of the cloth.

The straight square walls make it easy to get a pair of tongs right into the corner, which a round bowl of the same volume does not. It is the shallower of the two serving squares in the range and the one that still looks at home on a laid table rather than a buffet. Amber melamine, fruit vine border, two dozen to the case.
