Thirteen by seven inches, a long rectangular platter in a proportion that suits a composed course laid out lengthwise: three or four elements in a row rather than a centred mound. One inch of wall around the edge contains a light sauce without catching a knife.

Cases hold a dozen. Against the 12-3/4 inch rectangle it is a quarter inch longer and three and a half inches narrower, so the two are not interchangeable; this one is a plated cover, the wider body is a sharing format. Extra heavy weight melamine keeps the long axis flat in service. White through the body, dishwasher safe.
