Yanco OK-609 Osaka Melamine 8-3/4" x 5" Food Container, White — Case of 48 (4 dz)

An 8-3/4 by 5 inch food container, an inch and a quarter wider than the 8 inch model and a little longer, which is the difference between holding a single roll and holding a roll with its garnish beside it. One inch of wall keeps a loose item from sliding out during a hand-off.

Four dozen to a case. Containers in this series are specified in extra heavy weight melamine because they are handled constantly on a prep line: filled, stacked, moved, emptied, washed, repeated. Square internal corners wipe out cleanly with no glaze line to hold residue. White throughout, dishwasher safe, break-resistant.
