Yanco OK-2550 Osaka Melamine 16" x 7-3/4" x 3-1/4" Rectangular Sea Food Bowl, White — Case of 6

Sixteen inches long, 7-3/4 wide and 3-1/4 deep: a trough-shaped seafood bowl for an iced display running the length of a raw bar. Volume sits in the depth rather than the width, which is what lets it carry a bed of ice and still clear a sneeze guard.

Six to a case. It is the deepest bowl in the Osaka line, a quarter inch over the 11 inch square, and the long narrow plan is meant to sit end to end with a second one for a continuous run. Melamine handles the cold cycle without crazing. White inside and out, break-resistant, dishwasher safe.
