Yanco OK-2416 Osaka Melamine 16" x 10-1/2" Rectangular Platter, White — Case of 12 (1 dz)

Sixteen inches by 10-1/2 with a 1-1/4 inch wall: Osaka's large rectangular serving platter, sized for a shared main at the centre of a table or a plated course at a banquet. The wall runs deep enough to keep a sauced item from going over the edge in transit.

A dozen to a case. At this span the material choice tells: a china rectangle of the same footprint needs two hands and will chip at the corners within a season of banquet work. Measure the span against the shelf before ordering, because a 16 inch rectangle does not fit every speed rack. White, dishwasher safe, extra heavy weight.
