Yanco OK-2412 Osaka Melamine 11" x 8" Rectangular Platter, White — Case of 36 (3 dz)

An 11 by 8 inch rectangle is the rectangular answer to a dinner cover: enough face for a protein and two components, with square corners that give the kitchen a frame to build inside. Osaka's rectangles run from this size up to 16 inches, and this is the one that behaves like an everyday cover rather than a serving format.

Three dozen to a case suits a room running rectangular platters as standard. The body is extra heavy grade melamine, which at this span stops the centre flexing under a hot entree. One cover, one diner, which is how a kitchen actually uses it. White throughout, dishwasher safe, break-resistant.
