Yanco OK-1313 Osaka Melamine 13" x 6-3/4" Rectangular Display Platter, White — Case of 12 (1 dz)

A long narrow display platter, 13 inches by 6-3/4, built for a row of tasting items: four appetiser portions in a line, a sushi flight, three dessert tastes with sauce between them. The 3/4 inch rim is shallow by design so the food reads as a sequence rather than sitting in a well.

Among the Osaka display platters this is the narrowest body, which is what lets it run down the centre of a two-top where an 18 inch rectangle would not fit. A dozen come in a case. Melamine means it can be pre-set, stacked, and machine washed between covers without crazing at the corners the way a glazed body does.
