Yanco OC-505 Ocean Chinaware 4-1/2" x 2-1/4"H Rice Bowl 8 oz, White and Blue — Case of 36 (3 dz)

The OC-505 is a straightforward rice bowl: four and a half inches wide, two and a quarter tall, eight ounces level with the rim. That is one generous serving of steamed rice, or a half portion where rice goes round the table more than once.

Set against the pattern's other eight-ounce pieces it splits the difference, standing a quarter inch taller than the miso bowl and half an inch shorter than the bouillon cup. The rounded inner wall makes it easy to clear with chopsticks, and the low centre of gravity keeps it steady on a crowded tray. Thirty-six to a carton.
