Ten inches by seven, an inch and an eighth deep. The OC-310 is the rectangular entree plate. The shape takes a main course with roughly the usable area of a round of similar size, but squares off the composition and makes a tidy job of anything served in a line.

It is the direct rectangular counterpart to the OC-210 oval, identical in length and width, so a kitchen can run both shapes on one table without the covers looking mismatched. Two dozen to a carton. The step up is the twelve-inch rectangle, which adds an inch and a quarter of width on top of its extra length.
