At fourteen by ten inches the OC-214 has crossed out of plate territory and into serving. An inch and a quarter of depth holds a braise or a roast along with its liquor, and ten inches of width means two rows of anything will sit beside each other instead of being stacked.

This is the piece that goes to the middle of the table when a dish is meant to be shared. It is the second largest oval Ocean produces, with only the sixteen-inch reaching further, and the faded blue edge gets a long uninterrupted run at this size. Twelve to a carton.
