Yanco NS-803W Nessico Melamine 13" x 9-1/2" 6-COMPARTMENT Plate, White — Case of 12 (1 dz)

A rectangular six-section plate measuring thirteen inches by nine and a half, in white. It replaces a tray's worth of small dishes with a single moulded body, which is why correctional, military and hospital kitchens specify this shape.

Six wells at an inch deep separate an entire meal, from entree through two vegetables and bread to a dessert and a sauce, and the one-inch walls hold each of them apart while the plate is carried. A white body makes portion control visible to a supervisor walking the line. Melamine will not shatter if it goes over the edge of a conveyor, and it washes in a standard rack without warping. Cases hold twelve pieces.
