Yanco NS-703G Nessico Melamine 10-3/16" 3-COMPARTMENT Plate, Green — Case of 24 (2 dz)

Nessico's wider shallow-divided plate, a quarter of an inch broader than the NS-702 and otherwise built on the same three-quarter-inch draught. The additional width goes into the outer band rather than into the wells, which gives a server somewhere to put a thumb. Finished in green.

That band is the whole argument for this plate over its narrower twin. On a line where plates are passed hand to hand, a thumb on the edge keeps fingers clear of the food. The three sections hold the same volume as the smaller plate, so portion sizes do not shift if a kitchen runs both side by side. Green bodies are often reserved for allergen or vegetarian lines. Twenty-four to a case.
