Yanco NS-702G Nessico Melamine 10" 3-COMPARTMENT Plate, Green — Case of 24 (2 dz)

At ten inches with wells three-quarters of an inch deep, this is the flat divided round of the Nessico range, behaving like a dinner plate with lines drawn on it rather than like a tray. Green marks it out on a shared pass.

The shallow profile is a throughput decision. A flat plate slides under a heat lamp and back out faster than a deep one, it carries less weight, and it sits lower in a stack than the deep nine-inch divided plates in the same collection. Choose it where the food is dry, so grilled protein, roast vegetables and rice, and choose the deeper plate where there is sauce. Twenty-four pieces to a case, which is one dish-rack load.
