Yanco NS-701W Nessico Melamine 9" Deep Compartment Plate, White — Case of 24 (2 dz)

White is the body that mixes freely with the undivided Nessico rounds, so a kitchen can run divided plates for one service and plain dinner plates for the next without the tabletop looking like two different sets. It is also the finish that makes portion colour simple to judge.

The three sections are sunk an inch and a quarter below the rim, deep enough that a sauce stays put while the plate is carried, and the outside measurement lands a shade under nine inches, small enough to sit two across on a cafeteria tray. Melamine takes knocks that a ceramic divided plate would not survive, and because the wells are moulded rather than applied there is no seam for food to lodge in. Twenty-four pieces to a case.
