Yanco NS-701G Nessico Melamine 9" Deep Compartment Plate, Green — Case of 24 (2 dz)

Three deep wells on a round body that stops just short of nine inches across, finished in green. Operators running colour-coded meal programmes use a green plate to flag a modified or vegetarian tray at a glance, which saves the line a second look at the ticket.

Depth is what separates this plate from the flat divided rounds elsewhere in Nessico: at an inch and a quarter the wells will take a ladle of gravy or a soupy stew without it creeping over the dividers into the vegetables. That matters in assisted living and school service, where a tray travels on a cart and tilts. The round footprint drops straight down into a dish rack, and twenty-four to the case matches one rack load.
