An eight-and-a-quarter-inch covered server with a single undivided well, made for holding tortillas, pitas or warm flatbread at the table. The lid traps the steam that keeps them pliable; without a cover a stack stiffens within a few minutes of leaving the warmer and starts to crack when it is folded.

Tan is the version that crosses out of Mexican service. The same item works for naan at an Indian restaurant, pita at a Mediterranean one, or dinner rolls at a steakhouse, and a neutral finish suits all three where red would not. Base and cover both go through a standard machine cycle.
