Yanco NS-608R Nessico Melamine 8-1/4" Tortilla Server W/LID, Red — Case of 12 (1 dz)

The classic covered tortilla server: a shallow eight-and-a-quarter-inch round with a lid that keeps a stack of warm tortillas soft from the moment it leaves the kitchen. Unlike the divided model, the well is one open circle, sized to a standard flour or corn tortilla with a little room around the edge.

Red is the traditional finish for this piece and the reason many kitchens buy it, because it signals what is inside before the cover comes off. It goes out early and stays on the table through the meal, so break resistance is not theoretical here: anything living on a table edge gets knocked off it eventually.
