Yanco NS-608CR Nessico Melamine Tortilla Server Lid Only, Red — Case of 12 (1 dz)

This is the lid on its own, a replacement cover for the eight-and-a-quarter-inch Nessico tortilla and divided servers, in red to match. Lids are the component that goes missing: left in a bus tub, dropped on the way to the pass, or lost somewhere in the dish pit. Buying them separately keeps a sound base in service.

It seats on both the plain and the divided base, since the diameter is shared across the pair. There is no well to it, so it stacks flat and stores in a fraction of the space a complete unit needs. A dozen are packed as a standalone case so a kitchen can top up without ordering whole units.
