Yanco NS-608-1T Nessico Melamine 8-1/4" Deep Divided Server W/LID, Tan — Case of 12 (1 dz)

The divided version of Nessico's covered round server. Inside, the well is split so two items travel together without mixing, and a single lid covers both. Depth is what separates it from the plain tortilla model: this one is made to hold a quantity of something loose rather than a stack of flatbread.

Tan is a colour many operators choose for a covered server, because it stays on the table longer than anything else in the setting and a neutral keeps quiet while it sits there. Melamine holds warmth reasonably well for its weight, and unlike metal the lid never becomes too hot to lift bare-handed.
