Yanco NS-608-1R Nessico Melamine 8-1/4" Deep Divided Server W/LID, Red — Case of 12 (1 dz)

A deep eight-and-a-quarter-inch round with a divided interior and a lid, built to keep two things hot and separate at the same table: rice on one side and beans on the other, or chips held apart from salsa. The lid is what makes it a server rather than an open vessel, trapping heat and steam between helpings.

Red is unusual in this collection, and only the eight-and-a-quarter-inch covered servers are offered in it. The colour belongs to the Mexican and Tex-Mex service these were designed around, where warmth of tone is the point. A dozen to the case suits a restaurant putting one on every occupied table through a dinner shift.
