Yanco NS-512G Nessico Melamine 12" x 8" Oval Platter W/NARROW Rim, Green — Case of 24 (2 dz)

Past the ten-inch line, so this is a platter rather than an individual piece, eleven and a half inches long with the same narrow rim as the smaller ovals. It is the size that carries an entree plus two sides without crowding, or works as a small shared platter for an appetiser course at a table of two or three.

The narrow rim matters more at this length. A wide-bordered oval of the same footprint would give up two inches of usable surface; here almost the whole shape is floor. Green brings it into a room with a colour scheme, and twenty-four to a case makes it practical as a standard entree piece rather than an occasional item.
