Yanco NS-302Y Nessico Melamine 3-7/8" Bouillon Cup 8 oz, Yellow — Case of 48 (4 dz)

Yellow gives a soup station an obvious visual marker, useful where a kitchen codes by course, by allergen or by shift. The cup itself is the standard Nessico bouillon: four inches across, two deep, eight fluid ounces to the brim.

That capacity is a cup of soup rather than a bowl of it, which is how a soup-and-sandwich combination is normally portioned. It also suits hot drinks served without a handle, stewed fruit, or a warm sauce set beside a main. Melamine holds its temperature better than thin china in the hand and will not shatter if it goes over on a crowded tray. Case of forty-eight.
