Yanco NS-302G Nessico Melamine 3-7/8" Bouillon Cup 8 oz, Green — Case of 48 (4 dz)

A bouillon cup is narrower and deeper than a soup bowl of the same capacity, and that geometry is the point: eight ounces of broth in a four-inch well loses its heat slowly and does not slop when the cup is set down.

Green marks it out on a tray line where several Nessico pieces of similar diameter are in circulation — a fruit dish and a nappie both sit close to this size. Fill it with consommé, with a cup of soup paired to a sandwich, or with hot cereal at breakfast. Four dozen to the case, which is about what a soup station turns over in a shift.
