Yanco NS-215T Nessico Melamine 15" x 10-1/2" Rectangular Platter, Tan — Case of 12 (1 dz)

Fifteen inches by ten and a half is family-service territory: a whole roasted bird with its garnish, a fish for two, a pile of ribs, or a shared mezze spread that needs room between the components.

Tan reads warm under incandescent dining-room light and forgives the grease marks that show immediately on a dark surface. Within the Nessico rectangular platters this is the large one — two and a half inches longer and an inch and a half wider than the NS-212 — so it tends to be bought in smaller numbers and reserved for shared plates rather than covers. Still three quarters of an inch thick, so it does not bow when loaded.
