Yanco NS-211G Nessico Melamine 11-1/2" x 7-1/2" Rectangular Platter, Green — Case of 24 (2 dz)

Eleven and a half by seven and a half, a rectangle rather than an oval, and the point of a rectangle is that it lines up. Two or three sit flush along a buffet rail or a cold counter with nothing wasted between them, where ovals leave a lens of dead space at every join.

This rectangular platter carries a plated main for two, a sandwich service, a row of pastries, or a sushi order. Twenty-four to a case, double the pack of the fifteen-inch NS-215G, because the smaller size turns over faster in a casual dining room.
