A 6-1/2 inch white round is the default side plate in casual service, and this one keeps the profile deliberately low - half an inch of total height - so that it disappears under the food. Salad, a starter, a slice of cake, the bread for a two-top: all of it reads better on a plate that does not have a deep rim competing with it.

Within Nessico's round plates it sits one inch above the 5-1/2 inch NS-105 and three quarters of an inch below the 7-1/4 inch NS-107. The three share a wash-rack footprint, which is the practical reason an operation buys the run rather than mixing diameters across brands.
