Normandy's NR-7 is a 7-1/4" salad plate, three quarters of an inch wider across than the NR-6 and the size many operators reach for when the salad is a course rather than a garnish. The extra surface takes a wedge, a composed plate with protein on top, or a half sandwich with a pickle spear alongside, and the narrow rim keeps all of that on serviceable ground.

It is also the right footprint for a shared appetizer on a two-top, where a 9" round would eat the table. Thirty-six to the case lets a floor carry both a salad run and an appetizer run off a single shelf position.
