Yanco NR-14 Normandy Chinaware 13-1/4" x 10" Oval Platter, American White — Case of 12 (1 dz)

The NR-14 is Normandy's roasting oval platter, 13-1/4" long by 10" wide, three quarters of an inch longer than the NR-19 through the major axis. At this length it carries a carved roast, a whole side of salmon, a rack of ribs cut into portions, or a composed charcuterie run for a table of four, and the narrow rim keeps nearly all of that 13-1/4" available as working surface.

Oval servers of this size are the pieces a kitchen counts rather than stocks by the stack, so a dozen to the case usually covers a season of banquet work with spares held back for breakage.
