Yanco NC-7521 Compartment Collection Melamine 10" Divided Compartment Plate, White — Case of 24 (2 dz)

A 10 inch round with moulded divisions and a dedicated sauce well is the piece for anything that arrives with a dip. Wings and blue cheese, fried fish and tartare, tempura, a tender basket in a hospital cafe: keeping the sauce off the food until the diner wants it there is the entire design brief, and raised walls do it without a ramekin that will vanish into a bussing tub.

Ten inches of face reads as a proper plate rather than as a feeding tray, so this compartment plate can work front of house as well as down a line, and the round outline means a dish rack does not care which way it goes in. Cases run two dozen.

Sold by the full case. Case of 24 (2 dz)
