Yanco NC-7510 Compartment Collection Melamine 9-1/4" x 6-3/4" 4-Compartment Plate, White — Case of 24 (2 dz)

Four divisions fitted into a 9-1/4 by 6-3/4 inch rectangle is commissary geometry: the footprint is dictated by a cart drawer, and a main, a starch, a vegetable and a roll have to go inside it regardless. A shallow profile is what makes that work, because a loaded column still clears the runner above it.

For a kitchen already stocking the deeper NC-4420, this compartment plate is the flat alternative on close to the same footprint, 9-1/4 by 6-3/4 against 9-1/2 by 7. Contract caterers tend to hold both and pick by menu: wet dishes to the deep piece, dry plates and cold service to this one.

Sold by the full case. Case of 24 (2 dz)
