Yanco NC-538BU Accessories (Melamine) Melamine 3-3/8", 4 oz Smooth Ramekin, Blue — Case of 72 (6 dz)

In the four-ounce size, blue tends to mean cold: chilled soup, a yoghurt dip, crudite dressing, a ceviche portion. The NC-538BU ramekin measures 3-3/8 inches across and gives a kitchen a way to separate those from the hot line at a glance, without a sticker or a second tray.

The pigment is part of the melamine body, so a year of racking leaves the colour where it started. Wash it with everything else and stack it damp. Keep it away from every heat source, including microwaves, ovens and warming lamps held close. Seventy-two pieces arrive in each shipment, which gives a banquet operation enough depth to run two services without a turnaround in the dish pit.
